Downloadable Weekly Tracker for journaling
This Downloadable weekly tracker gives you a template to work with and create a way to track your progress and encourage you in the act of regular daily activities.
These trackers allow you flexibility to play and explore the use of trackers and develop a rhythm that works for you. They can be printed in colour or in black and white. Simply print and cut out, then stick in your journal and fill in. The chart will soon fill and you can see how much you have done. It can also be so helpful to remind you to keep tasks simple and manageable.
The file you receive will contain two A4 pages, the first and four A6 trackers and the second contains some simple instructions (this page you do not need to print to save ink and paper).
