How do you know if journaling is for you and which one to use?
We have all heard about the benefits of journaling but often we find it overwhelming or just one extra thing we cant get round to. This year I am focusing on helping you to find your journaling mojo and finding what works for you. Here at the Joy Filled Cup this year I will work on showing you what’s available (in terms of guided journaling), whats possible in a blank journal and showing you simple and accessible ways to start journaling.
