Journaling in action is a project I’m working on through the year exploring guided journals and how they can help us. The first in this series is Flo&Seb wellness planner. I’m using it daily when possible and yet I’ve had some crazy times so n this blog I share about how I have found it when I haven’t been as ‘on it’ as I would like. We don’t need to feel the guilt and fear of not reaching our own expectations but be kind and adapt to what we need.
Using a guided journal can be a tricky balance, some leave so many prompts we are left busy and trying to keep up. As I used the Flo&Seb wellness planner I found that there was a good balance of prompts and free space to allow me to explore and create.
